How data is used
Forms and the client cabinet store contact details, goals, messages and self-tracking metrics so Stefan can reply and support progress. Retention and deletion process must be defined.
Health and safety
The website, Knowledge area and Care Card do not replace a doctor, medical diagnosis or treatment. Acute, dangerous or urgent symptoms require a doctor / emergency service.
Client cabinet
The client card is a tracking and communication tool: pain, movement, energy, sleep, notes and goal. It is not a diagnosis; it helps understand trends between contacts.
Donation / STF Access
Project support or access to additional materials are discussed separately and are not a medical result guarantee. No yield promises or investment advice.
